Prof. Ricci first introduced the Textual Microcosms project and then presented a paper titled " Muslim Womanhood between the Lines: Reading the Kitab al-Mar'ah" Prof. Arif Maftuhin spoke about "The Influence of Ngaji Bandongan in Tafsir al-Ibriz" and Dluha Muhammad Lutfilla spoke about "Javanese Maryam across the Centuries: 17th- to 19th-century Javanese Interlinear Translations of Q. 19"

In the second panel, Dr. Keiko Kamiishi spoke about "A Comparative Study of the Strategies for Learning Ancient Literature in Javanese Manuscripts" Dr. Aglaia Iankovskaia spole about "Translating the World: Three Thematic Glossaries from Sumatra" and Omri Ganchrow presented "Interlinear Oral Traditions in Modern Bali: Identity in Pepaosan Translations of the Bhagavad-Gītā". Dr. Aditia Gunawan of the Indonesian National Library acted as discussant for both panels.
